The system manages the entire process from Flight booking through to Flight Operations, allowing Club328 to efficiently manage and coordinate their highly responsive and customer focused service. Their sister company, Jet Engineering and Technical support (JETS) provides Engineering services to the Club328 fleet of aircraft and offers third party MRO services to other corporate operators.

Due to its integrated nature, enterprise:sfo is able to capture all the operating data at the front end and feed this into the Engineering areas - meaning information such as flight data is fed into one system only. In addition, JETS are able to use the system to manage their MRO operation, allowing them to create Workpackages, capture time and materials used using the barcode driven shop floor data collection system, and then convert this data into a customer invoice on completion of work.
