russelladams was formed in 1987 with the specific intention to provide software solutions for the aviation industry. The original package was a technical records solution dealing purely with the maintenance scheduling and management of Beech KingAirs. Early systems were based on CP/M technology. Progressively, the software has grown into a complete set of integrated modules and it has changed out of all recognition to the original.

In 1993, the software was rewritten and was later upgraded to a Visual Studio 32 bit application. Since 1997, our software has been written in Microsoft® Visual Fox Pro for Windows, but in 2002 we took our software development one stage further. We have rewritten our software using most of the available Microsoft.NET technologies whilst still retaining the core functionality and flexibility of our previous system.
